Harry Reid Calls Tea Party And Conservatives “Anarchists”

Frustrated by inability to bully Republican counterparts into signing onto an energy bill, Harry Reid showed his ire for all things conservative, by referring to those in the Senate seeking to stem the damage of Obamacare as “Anarchists”.

Yesterday, Sen. David Vitter said that he would do what he had to do to prevent a vote on any amendments to the energy bill until he has some assurance that he’ll get a vote on his amendment that would require some congressional and executive branch staff to enroll in the ObamaCare health exchanges.

That’s when ol’ Harry went all “icky-poo”.

Ol’ Harry has an aversion to Senators and Congressmen that insist on doing what their constituents sent them to Washington to do. Apparently, in politics, doing your job is akin to anarchy.

I wanted to be certain, so I looked the word “anarchist” up, in the dictionary. Merriams-Webster Online definition is screen-capped below.

Somehow, I just don’t think Ted Cruz fits that definition. Then again, Ol’ Harry isn’t known for his fondness for the use of any actual facts to back up his many, asinine assertions.

The Hill has more on this.
