Kerry has Un-Nuanced Ideas About Definition of “Treaty”

I’ve heard that some people claim that Barack Obama is always the smartest man in any room, and supposedly, his Administration is full of smart people.  Dumb people don’t understand nuanced topics very well, or so I’m told.  When John Kerry was a Senator running for President of the USA, he talked quite a bit about a “nuanced” foreign policy.  It’s weird, though…because when Mike Lee asked John “Nuance” Kerry why the nuclear deal with Iran isn’t a treaty, Kerry gives a very un-nuanced definition of the word “treaty”.  Senator Lee, who actually is a very smart guy, understands that a treaty is a written agreement between nations.  Maybe it would be best if y’all just watch the video embedded below, and see if you think Kerry is being deliberately obtuse.
